Data Retention

How long LCGrid keeps each kind of data. Anything with a time limit is deleted automatically once a day. We keep data only as long as it's needed to run LCGrid, and never longer than this page says.

Your account

• Discord profile (ID, username, display name, picture): while you use LCGrid. It's deleted when you ask us to delete your account.
• Roblox link: until you unlink it in Settings, or your account is deleted.
• Sign-in records (browser, device, rough city and country): while the sign-in lasts, then 30 days after it ends or you sign it out.
• Data Consent record (which version you accepted, and when): while your account exists.
• Age check: your birth date is never stored. If someone is under 13, we keep only their Discord ID with a note that they're blocked, so they can't sign back in.

LCGrid Discord verification

• Your Discord ID and the Roblox account you verified with (ID, username, display name): while you're verified. It's kept if you leave, so you're let straight back in when you rejoin; ask us at support@lcgrid.xyz to delete it.
• Roblox sign-in: we only read who you are. The access Roblox gives us is thrown away straight after, so nothing that can act on your Roblox account is kept.

Server data

Server owners and staff create most of this. It's kept while the server exists, unless they delete it sooner. When an owner deletes a server, everything that belongs to it is deleted at the same time.

• Members, roles, departments, settings and sessions: while the server exists.
• Moderation logs, staff records, shifts, leave, and CAD calls, records, reports, civilians and vehicles: while the server exists. If staff delete one, it's kept hidden for 30 days so a mistake can be undone, then deleted for good.
• Duty-rule checks (why a shift paused): 1 year.

Game data from ER:LC

• Live game data (who's in game, positions, teams, vehicles, logs): not stored. It's shown live and replaced every few seconds.
• "Last 10 minutes in game" evidence attached to warnings, kicks and bans: 90 days.
• Automation activity (what LCGrid did on its own): 90 days, and at most the latest 500 entries per server.
• Player counts for the Players chart: 30 days.
• Camera reads of passing vehicles: 7 days.
• In-game kicks and bans waiting to be logged: 1 day at most.

Deleting sooner

You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time at support@lcgrid.xyz. We'll delete it within 30 days, apart from anything the law makes us keep. A parent of a child under 13 can ask the same at legal@lcgrid.xyz.

Backups

LCGrid's database is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps a point-in-time history for up to 30 days so it can be restored after a failure. Deleted data drops out of that history within 30 days.

Changes

If these times change, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
