Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and LCGrid for using lcgrid.xyz, the LCGrid Discord bot and anything else we run under the LCGrid name. By using LCGrid you agree to them.
What LCGrid is
LCGrid is a set of tools for running Emergency Response: Liberty County (ER:LC) private servers on Roblox: a dashboard, moderation logs, sessions, departments and a CAD. LCGrid is not made by, endorsed by or affiliated with Roblox Corporation, Police Roleplay Community or Discord.
Your account
- You sign in with Discord and must meet Discord's minimum age in your country.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your Discord account secure.
- Linking a Roblox account must be your own account.
Server owners
- You are responsible for your server on LCGrid: who you let in, the roles and permissions you hand out, and what your staff record and do with it.
- Only connect an ER:LC server key and a Discord server that you are allowed to manage.
- Moderation logs, records and reports must be honest and about behaviour in your community. Don't use them to harass anyone.
- Follow Roblox's, Discord's and Police Roleplay Community's own rules. LCGrid doesn't change what they allow.
Things you must not do
- Break the law, or use LCGrid to harass, threaten, dox or discriminate against anyone.
- Put real-world personal information about anyone into civilians, records, reports or logs.
- Access servers, data or accounts you weren't given access to, or try to get around permissions.
- Overload, scrape, reverse engineer or disrupt LCGrid, or use it to spam Discord or ER:LC.
- Upload anything you don't have the right to use, or anything sexual, violent or hateful.
Your content
What you and your team put into LCGrid stays yours. You give us permission to store it, show it to the people your server lets see it, and send it to Discord and ER:LC when your team asks, so we can run the service. How we handle it is in the Privacy Policy.
Suspension
We can remove content, or suspend or close accounts and servers that break these terms or put LCGrid or its users at risk. Where we reasonably can, we'll tell you why.
Changes to LCGrid
LCGrid is being built and changes often. Features can be added, changed or removed. We may change these terms; when we do, we'll update this page and the date at the top, and announce big changes on LCGrid. Using LCGrid after a change means you accept the new terms.
No warranty
LCGrid is provided as it is and as available. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we don't promise it will always be available, error free or right for your purpose. Services we depend on, like Discord, Roblox and the ER:LC API, can fail or change without notice.
Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, LCGrid is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, communities or in-game items, arising from your use of LCGrid. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
Ending
You can stop using LCGrid at any time and ask us to delete your account. These terms keep applying to anything that happened while you used it.
